We work for production and custom homebuilders developing single-family and multi-family projects.  We communicate with the builder to build a successful relationship.  Our philosophy is simple.  We want to meet your needs first.  For each project we provide a base level of service that includes:

1. Quality takeoff.  We produce a quality takeoff from blueprints or on-site to capture precise measurements. 

2. Estimate.  We deliver a comprehensive estimate with a firm price.

3. Builder Specs. Builder specifications are detailed and agreed upon in writing.

4. Production Shedule. Working with your builder schedule we create a timely production schedule to schedule our crews to get your job done right and on time. 

5. Paper Trail.  We've developed a comprehensive management system that tracks the job from start to finish and provides communication with you, the builder, throughout the process.

Installation Procedures

We perform installation services for doors, moulding, cabinets, stair systems and mantels.  

Interior and Exterior Doors.  We install all types of interior and exterior doors.  From standard single-hung doors to large prefinish double-hung door systems with sidelights we can do it all.  

Moulding.  We install casing, base, crown, chair rail, shadowbox and all types of moulding.  We install paintgrade and prefinish mouldings to specification. 

Cabinets.  We install standard or custom kitchen and bathroom cabinets.  Our installers work to install the cabinets to specification.  We start the process with an installation questionnaire that identifies the industry standards, specifications and measurements needed to get the best cabinet installation possible. 

Stair Systems.  We install small open rail systems and large spiral staircases.  We've found the key to success in stair system installation is planning.  Our professionals work with you in advance of the job to make sure the stair installation is the best it can be. 

Mantels.  Mantels come in all shapes and sizes.  We work to understand the specifics of the mantel and the room design so our installation work meets your design needs. 

Millwork Installation for the Production Homebuilder

The production homebuilder has needs based on the size of the plat being developed.  We service builders with 10 lots a plat or 100 lots a plat.  First, we know how to schedule crews for multiple lots.  We develop our own production schedule for our crews that follows your builder schedule.  Second, we're going to get your building specifications correct.  We spend an appropriate amount of time at the start of the job so we're on time with a quality job at the finish.

The custom home requires significant attention to detail.  From the takeoff to builder specs to the selection of the production crew, millwork installation in the custom home is both art and science.  We work with the builder to go through the fine details to ensure a high quality installation project.
